Dupree ran its winning streak to 12 games with a 95-52 win over Wakpala in Wakpala on Tuesday.

Dupree (15-1) double Wakpala 16-8 in the first quarter and then took off with a 31-10 run in the second quarter.

Nate Widow and Creighton LeBeau combined for nine three-pointers and 48 points to lead Dupree. Widow scored a game-high 25 points. LeBeau hit five threes and scored 23 points. Widow added a team-leading nine rebounds. Kash Deal added 11 points and seven boards.

Teddy Iron Cloud led the Sioux with 13 points. Carlin Mellette followed with 12. Ty Cadotte led all rebounders with 12.

Herreid-Selby Area torched the nets with 11 three-pointers in a 69-57 win over Sully Buttes in Onida on Tuesday.

Nick Larson led the attack with four threes and a game-high 19 points. Lane Rossow hit three treys and scored 11 points. Dakota Thorstenson joined his teammates in double figures with 12 points.

Brayden Wittler led Sully Buttes with 17 points, hitting three three-pointers of his own. Scott Senftner followed with 14 points. Lewis Hofer added 13 points.

The Wolverines watched their lead grow as the game went on. They led by five after one quarter and at the half before moving out to a nine-point lead in the third quarter.

Eureka-Bowdle got back to .500 with a 67-32 win over Edmunds Central in Bowdle on Saturday.

The 6-6 Patriots took control from the onset, racing out to a 23-6 lead in the first quarter.

Tyler Wipf led four Patriots in double figures with 13 points. Jesse Weber scored 12, while Austin Weiszhaar and Alex Rastel scored 10 each. Rastel grabbed a team-leading six rebounds.

Brady Aman led Edmunds Central with eight points and seven rebounds.

Highmore-Harrold held on for an 83-81 win over Herreid-Selby Area in Highmore on Friday.

The Pirates surged ahead in the third quarter with a 26-17 run. The Wolverines battled back in the fourth quarter, but came up two points short.

Hadley Hamlin and Jordan Houdek combined for 49 points to lead Highmore-Harrold. Hamlin scored a team-high 25 points. Houdek had a 24-point, 11-rebound double double. Hayden Houdek added 12 points.

Nick Larson lit the gym up with a 26-point effort to lead the Wolverines. He hit six three-pointers. Zach Geller scored 15, Cooper Schaefbauer 11 and Dakota Thorstenson 10.

 Little Moreau Conference Tournament

Championship round

Class B’s fifth-ranked Dupree Tigers won the Little Moreau Conference Tournament with a 51-38 win over Faith in Lemmon on Saturday.

Playing without an injured Tate Widow, Dupree used a balanced offense to beat Faith for the second time this season. Dupree led 25-19 at the half and held its lead for most of the second half before pulling away for the 13-point win.

Kash Deal used 8-8 free throw shooting to lead Dupree with 13 points. Nate Widow scored 11 points, while Trenton Pretty Weasel scored nine and Seth Longbrake scored eight.

Cody Trainor led the 13-2 Longhorns with a game-high 16 points. Reggie Rhoden added nine points.

Harding County beat Timber Lake 61-33 for third place.

Ckyler Floyd led three Ranchers in double figures with 16 points. Jess Feist scored 15, while Harley Mollman recorded an 11-point, 10-rebound double double.

Kellon Lawrence led Timber Lake with 12 points.

In consolation games, Lemmon beat McIntosh 63-45 for fifth and Bison beat Tiospaye Topa 59-25 for seventh.

Dupree beat Timber Lake 47-41 in the semifinals of the Little Moreau Conference Tournament in Dupree on Friday.

Timber Lake was looking to pull of the upset after going on a 20-12 run and taking a 27-19 lead at the half. The Panther still led 34-27 after three quarters, but the fifth-ranked Tigers turned things around with a 20-7 run over the final eight minutes.

Nate Widow led Dupree with 20 points and nine rebounds. Kash Deal and Seth Longbrake combined to add 17 points.

Kellon Lawrence scored 14 and Kyle Schumacher scored 12 to lead Timber Lake.

McIntosh defeated Tiospaye Topa 56-32 in the consolation semifinals.

Kyle Mollman led McIntosh with 17 points. Jett Bailey, Conrad Arnold, Cole Katus and Will Vanlishout all had eight-point games.

Jake Frazier led Tiospaye Topa with 11 points.

In the west semifinals in Lemmon, Faith beat Harding County 50-45. Lemmon beat Bison 42-38 in the consolation semifinals.

Dupree cruised to a 70-32 win over Tiospaye Topa in the first round of the Little Moreau Conference Tournament in Dupree on Thursday.

Nate Widow scored 17 points to lead Tigers. Trenton Pretty Weasel scored 10 points, while Seth Longbrake and Tate Widow scored eight points each.

Tyler Pickner led Tiospaye Topa with a game-high 18 points.

Timber Lake rallied in the fourth quarter to defeat McIntosh 53-43 in the second game. The Panthers trailed 32-31 before outscoring McIntosh 22-11 over the final eight minutes.

Kyle Schumacher led Timber Lake with a game-high 27 points, including knocking down seven of eight free throws. Kellon Lawrence added nine points.

Kyle Mollman led McIntosh with 14 points. Kordell Arnold and Cole Katus added nine points each.

In the west first round in Lemmon, Harding County defeated Bison 68-61 and Faith defeated Lemmon 61-47.
