This 1998 Chevrolet Tracker owned by Stephen Scarpellini of rural Mobridge ended up in Lake Oahe last week while Scarpellini was out for a drive. According to Corson County Deputy Mike Varelik, the vehicle went through the ice last week just west of the U.S. Highway 12 Bridge. The vehicle has been removed from the lake with the help of heavy equipment from Mobridge manufacturing.
