Boys run to fourth place at Faulkton Invitational

The Tiger cross country boys finished fourth at the Faulkton Invitational cross country meet on Wednesday.
With Sam Weleba taking 14th and Justin Nobles taking 15th, the Tigers scored 50 points to finish in fourth place. They were a long ways behind meet winner Miller, who finished with 11 points. Justin and Aaron Jacobs both finished in the top 30 out of 57 runners. Justin came in 25th and Aaron came in 28th.
Mary Martin worked into the top 20 with a 20th-place finish. ReAnne Hanley came in at 26th.
Area runners had a good meet with Emily Martin of McLaughlin finishing 10th, while Mary Aberle, Lexy White and Kenidee Keller of Timber Lake, finished 11th, 12th and 15th, respectively. Shayla Gayton of McLaughlin earned a top 20 finish at 17th.
