Earning medals proved difficult for the Tigers at the Chamberlain Invitational/Big Dakota Conference Meet on Thursday. Calico Ducheneaux was the only Mobridge-Pollock runner to medal. The Lady Tiger finished 17th, running 21:35.91.

Born to Martha and Albert Meidinger on March 6, 1929, on a farm near Eureka, Marie Meidinger came into the world so tiny she could fit in a shoebox. She was a fighter and survived to live until Sept. 9, 2016, when she joined her heavenly family.
