Homecoming Royalty

Mobridge-Pollock High School seniors Braxton Albers and Calico Ducheneuax were crowned Tiger royalty at the coronation held Monday, Sept. 10. Homecoming activities continue throughout the week culminating with the Friday homecoming parade and  football game versus Stanley County.

Homecoming Skit

The high school teachers’ skit was a hit at homecoming coronation on Monday. The Mobridge-Pollock Tiger took on and defeated all challengers. The annual coronation was held in the Middle School Theater as the beginning of an exciting homecoming week. The Tigers play Stanley County in the homecoming game at Tiger Stadium on Friday at 7 p.m.

Dunk Tank

Marsha Berg, (right) manager of Paylessfoods was one of many people who took a shot at dunking community leaders at the Mobridge Rodeo Association’s fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 8. Josh Stoick (in tank) took the fall numerous times as his dad, Benj, donated enough money for many people to take their turn at dunking Josh.

The Tigers rose to the occasion with a second-place finish at the Ipswich Invitational cross country meet on Saturday.
