Positive COVID-19 cases take a big jump

The South Dakota Department of Health reported Thursday, Nov. 12, positive COVID-19 cases in South Dakota increased by 1,897. There were 1,731 confirmed cases and 160 probable cases. Vehicles lined up Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the Mobridge South Dakota National Guard Armory with residents waiting to be tested for COVID-19. The mass testing is a joint effort between the South Dakota Department of Health, South Dakota National Guard and Office of Emergency Management and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
