Mobridge resident, the late Eleanor Clark, was an accomplished artist who worked primarily in pen and ink, pastels and acrylics. She was an active member of the Mobridge Artists Association (MAA) for 15 years. Her family donated all of her artwork and supplies to the MAA from Eleanor’s estate. The Association sold part of the collection and also donated pieces, like the “Girls and Balloons” presented to the staff of A. H. Brown Library to be displayed in the place that she loved and visited on a weekly basis. Presenting the artwork is Peg Wunder, (left) representing the MAA, and accepting for the library staff is Stacie Wilson.
