We have officially entered the dog days of summer, those relentlessly hot days that make the idea of going for a long walk or bike ride not as appealing as it was a month or two ago. If someone asked me to do anything between the hours of eleven in the morning and eight in the evening that required a “warm up,” I would be hesitant to say yes. There is, however, one exception—boot camp.
